This item will be ready for collection or shipping within 10 days of order. If you have a date that the product is needed by, please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate!

This item can be shipped if need be for an additional shipping cost and will come tightly packed in a box, ready to be gifted.
We will not hold any responsibility for items that have been damaged during the shipping process and will always have evidence of item prior to sending and once neatly packed, unfortunately we cannot control the process this item goes through once it has been collected by the courier.
This item ideally should be collected from our address in either Oxted or Croydon to ensure care is taken of the product. Collection slots will be Free of charge.
