2. Enter design brief - this option includes our graphic design team taking your design brief including colours, characters, names etc. and creating your perfect sticker to print and send!
 
All stickers are printed on the highest quality splashproof sticker paper for the best quality print!
 
These can be designed and used as labels around the home, party labels, christmas gift tag stickers, business logo stickers or more. The possibilities are endless!

    Email info@personalisedbymi.co.uk with your order number, name and address to discuss products you may find unsatisfactory, damaged or other and these will be looked into on a case by case basis. 

    Photo proof will be required for any product damage queries, so to avoid delays in conversation, please attach photographs to your initial email.

    Our main correspondence is through email, we will not take phone calls regarding returns so please email the address underlined above for a response within 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Our product turnaround time is generally 3-7 working days after your order is placed, this applies to all products EXCEPT party packages due to the volume of products associated with these orders. 

PARTY PACKAGES have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks MAXIMUM from date of order.

 

PLEASE be sure to let us know your event date so we can ensure your products get to you within your desired timeframe, if your event is sooner than 2-3 weeks later definitely give us a heads up and we will do our best to accommodate your order. In times of high demand, you may be asked to pay a small rush order fee if your event is sooner than our general turnaround times stated above.
